Booking
Please CALL or TEXT to reserve your preferred appointment time. Our staff will do all they can to accommodate your needs.
We currently are experiencing a very high call volume and are available by appointment only; booking weekend appointments, please call or text at earliest convenience so we can reserve your spot. If traveling from out of town, we highly recommend that you book your services with us the same day you book your accommodations. When you call or text to make an appointment, please leave your name, your personal phone number, and date of desired service. We do keep a daily waitlist that you may text us @ 830-832-5599 to add your name and desired service.
Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a stress free check-in and so we can start you at the scheduled time. Arriving late makes us late for the rest of our clients who show up on time, please be courteous to the 15minute prior arrival time. Please silence your phone and use your spa voice, to ensure relaxation for yourself and others.
Privacy and Modesty
Our staff and therapists are very sensitive to issues of privacy and modesty and will do all that they can to ensure that your comfort level is respected. Your body will be appropriately covered at all times during services. You may feel free to wear your undergarments if you prefer.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are held with a Visa/MasterCard/American Express. Due to our high demand, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within the policy, along with no show appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. If you show up late, we will try to accommodate and you will still be charged for full appointment.
Gift Certificates
Whatever the occasion, the gift of well being is at your finger tips. Call us, stop by, or visit our website for a seamless Gift Certificate purchasing experience. Black out dates may apply. Gift Certificates not valid week of Thanksgiving, Christmas or new years. Make sure to use your gift certificate before those dates. ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES (ONLINE AND IN PERSON) WILL EXPIRE 1 YEAR AFTER PURCHASE.
